Nikolay Vasilyevich worked as a coach in the village of Vyselki and the farm Beysuzhek of Krasnodar Krai for 38 years, many professional football players grew up under his leadership. Nikolai Vasilyevich has not been coaching for several years, after he was diagnosed with oncology, Morzhakov retired. Despite all the difficulties, Nikolai Vasilyevich does not lose his cheerful disposition, plays the guitar and is engaged in gardening. Today, the coach came to support his pupil in the final home match of the Sochi football club in the 2021/22 season.
